Troubleshoot connection issues, financial delays, and account security protocols for the Torzon Ecosystem.

Financial & Cryptocurrency

This is the most common support query. Deposits on the Torzon market are not instant; they depend on the blockchain network speed. The system requires a specific number of "Confirmations" before crediting your account to prevent double-spend attacks:

  • Bitcoin (BTC): Requires 2 network confirmations. Depending on network congestion and the fee you paid, this takes between 20 to 60 minutes.
  • Monero (XMR): Requires 10 confirmations. Due to Monero's faster block time (~2 mins), this usually takes about 20-25 minutes.

Critical Check: Did you verify the URL? If you deposited funds on a phishing site (a fake mirror), the funds are gone. Only use links verified from our Official Mirrors page.

To ensure maximum anonymity, Torzon official infrastructure never sends coins directly from a buyer to a vendor. All funds pass through a tumbling (mixing) system. A small variable fee (approx 1-2%) is deducted from withdrawals to cover the network costs of this mixing process. This breaks the link between your deposit and the vendor's withdrawal, protecting both parties from blockchain analysis.

Bitcoin operates on a transparent public ledger. Anyone who knows your wallet address can see your entire transaction history, balance, and the source of your funds. Monero is a privacy-coin by default. It uses Ring Signatures and Stealth Addresses to completely obfuscate the sender, receiver, and amount. Using XMR on a Torzon link significantly reduces the risk of account correlation.

Account Security & PGP

No. Administrators cannot reset passwords manually.

When you registered on the Torzon onion site, you were given a Mnemonic Seed phrase. This is the only way to recover an account. If you lost your password, lost your PGP key, AND lost your mnemonic seed, your account and any funds inside it are mathematically inaccessible. This policy prevents social engineering hacks where attackers pretend to be you to steal accounts.

If you are trying to decrypt the 2FA login message but getting an error, check the following:

  1. Formatting: Ensure you copy the entire PGP block, including -----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE----- and -----END PGP MESSAGE-----. No extra spaces.
  2. Correct Key: Are you trying to decrypt with the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key you uploaded to your profile?
  3. Time Drift: Sometimes, if your system clock is significantly out of sync, PGP tools may throw errors (rare, but possible in Tails OS).

Orders, Escrow & Disputes

The Torzon market system has an auto-cancel timer. If a vendor accepts an order but fails to mark it as "Shipped" within 72-96 hours (depending on the category), the order is automatically cancelled, and the coins are returned to your market wallet. You do not need to open a dispute for this; simply wait for the timer to expire.

Warning: Finalize Early (FE) means you release the funds to the vendor before you receive the product. Once you click "Finalize", the Escrow protection ends. You cannot open a dispute afterwards.

Only use FE with vendors who have established a massive reputation (500+ reviews, Level 5+ trust). New vendors asking for FE are almost always scammers. The Torzon official policy allows FE only for verified top-tier vendors.

To win a dispute on a Torzon mirror, you must provide facts, not emotions. Moderators look for:

  • Communication: Did you message the vendor before disputing?
  • Address Proof: Did you encrypt your address correctly? (If you sent plaintext, you might lose automatically due to negligence).
  • Patience: Has the reasonable shipping time passed?

Never threaten the moderator or the vendor. Professional conduct increases your chances of a favorable outcome.

Technical Issues

Torzon uses a rotating clock-based captcha to prevent DDoS bots. If you take more than 30 seconds to solve it, it expires. Also, ensure your Tor Browser security settings are set to "Standard" or "Safer". If set to "Safest" (which disables all scripts), the captcha image might not refresh correctly. Try requesting a "New Identity" in Tor Browser (Ctrl+Shift+U).

Technically, yes, via Tor Browser for Android or Onion Browser for iOS. However, it is highly discouraged for OpSec reasons. Mobile operating systems are insecure environments that log keystrokes, location data, and screen activity. Serious buyers should only access Torzon links via a desktop computer running Tails OS or Whonix.
